Returns/Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, free of pet hair, with all tags attached, and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
In order to complete a return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sold cannot be returned, only exchanged.
Please note that if any import taxes are incurred when returning a package, they will be borne by the customer.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item is defective, the shipping costs will be borne by us.
