All orders are shipped from Medellín, Colombia via FedEx.

We estimate delivery within 3-8 business days after purchase confirmation and payment verification. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any issues with our shipping carrier or customs. Please note that you will be responsible for any import duties or local taxes according to each country's regulations. If you are unwilling to pay taxes upon arrival at your destination, the product will be returned to us and the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
